Sam's Emporium provides a warranty on all your NEW jewelry purchased from us. This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover WEAR AND TEAR, neglect or abuse. The periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against potential problems. Sam's Emporium gladly provides free inspections.

All sales are final. No cash or credit card refunds on purchases or layaways.

Merchandise accepted for return is exchangeable only within 15 days of purchase.

Any special order, custom design or altered merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.

Rings will be sized one time free of charge up to two(2) sizes within 30 days of purchase.

We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchased at Sam’s Emporium. We will inspect, clean, rhodium or polish your purchase free for the life time of the jewelry.

Any wear, maintenance or damage to the jewelry such as a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn prongs, worn or bent mountings or ring resizing is the responsibility of the customer.

If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from Sam’s Emporium we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.

The loss of a center stone, such as a diamond is not covered under the Sam’s Emporium warranty. Center stone loss may be covered under your home owners insurance policy. Please note that a separate insurance rider may be required to fully cover all of your fine jewelry pieces. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your insurance policy limits and requirements.

You may trade in your diamond for another diamond at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax. color gemstone jewelry and mountings are not eligible for trade-in.
